Professional Team

For over 30 years the factory-trained Biomedical Service Technicians at Medical Equipment Service & Repair Inc have been performing field service work for many of the major equipment manufacturers, as well as providing Preventative Maintenance, Repairs and Calibrations on all modalities of equipment at hospitals, clinics (human and veterinarian) surgery centers, rural health clinics, physicians practices, dentists offices, physical therapists, chiropractors, municipalities, industrial plants, etc. all across the Southeast.

Our Clinical Engineering Technicians have Certifications, Degrees and are trained in the latest technologies and outfitted with all the necessary tools and test equipment.  We can provide pre-inspection consultation for JCAHO, ADPH, AHA, CMS, OSHA and all other auditing agencies.  Our Technicians are certified, insured and bonded.  We are the trusted name in medical equipment industry!

Full Regulatory Compliance

We meet and exceed quality standards and help our customers stay in compliance with all regulatory agencies such as The Joint Commission (JCAHO), OSHA, State, etc.

Medical Equipment Program Management

We provide the operational experience, technical skills needed for repairs and services of all equipment modalities, and the inventory management tools necessary to optimize your equipment.  Our web-based maintenance management software, real-time data and reports, and service history for each device will help you control your equipment inventory with ease. We also ensure your equipment stays up and running through regularly planned maintenance.

In-Service Training

We offer In-Service Training for almost all types of medical equipment. Our customers need this service for many reasons to establish Standard Operating Procedures after the purchase of new equipment, to ensure “Best Practices” are understood and maintained by clinicians, to learn basic trouble-shooting, common error codes and simple fixes that can provide maintenance solutions and eliminate the need for most service calls.
