An ESI ensures the safety of your patients and staff by inspecting the equipment for potential shorts, current leakage or compromised ground. Our technicians test each piece of equipment with an NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) calibrated and certified traceable Analyzer to ensure the highest level of confidence for you and your facility in doing business with your patients. An identification label and date-of-service sticker is placed on each piece of equipment following the inspection and the detailed history is updated and maintained in our database. Detailed reports are emailed and/or mailed after each inspection whether monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. This maintains your facilities compliance with JCAHO, OSHA, FDA, NFPA 99 and the state standards
Preventative Maintenance is a comprehensive testing procedure that is used to ensure that the equipment is operating within manufactures specifications. A PM Program will help prevent wear and tear, sudden failures and serve to prolong the useful life of your equipment. This means that you will have less down time which helps prevent costly repairs when completed on a regular schedule. An inventory along with all service records for each individual piece of equipment is a part of this service
We not only perform equipment services, repairs, make and keep you inspection ready for governing agencies, but we also maintain all vital records in a secure electronic database. This will enable you to manage inventory in one or many locations with ease while having the capability to add, edit and/or delete. This software helps to determine value based on condition and maintenance history of each asset, and when necessary, find new or used replacement equipment. The program also comes with the ability to store photos for each item that has been inventoried.
We provide the operational experience, technical skills needed for repairs and services of all equipment modalities, and the inventory management tools necessary to optimize your equipment. Our web-based maintenance management software, real-time data and reports, and service history for each device will help you control your equipment inventory with ease. We also ensure your equipment stays up and running through regularly planned maintenance.

We offer complete facility move and set-up services. We understand the delicate nature of critical equipment and can even provide unbroken power during a move of freezers and refrigerators holding valuable meds while maintaining stable temperatures. We are insured, bonded, certified by many manufacturers and HIPPA compliant.
We offer re-upholstery on most all exam chairs and tables. Call or email the office for more information and/or to receive a quote.
In many cases our customers do not have to be without their chair/table more than an hour. This is made possible through an exchange program. We keep an inventory of common exam chairs and tables in our warehouse. Provided we have the same model, we have the cushions/tops from one of our tables/chairs recovered in a fabric and color of the customers choosing. This choice is made from a website or catalog. It normally take 2-3 weeks to complete the re-upholstery. Once completed, a Technician will be dispatched to your facility for installation.
